These Terms explain the rules for using JerkMesh. They are written to be readable and practical; they are not legal advice.
Adults 18+ only
JerkMesh is only for adults who are 18 or older and legally allowed to access adult content where they live. By using JerkMesh, you confirm that you meet those requirements.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you show, say, type, request, and share while using the service. Anonymous video chat still involves real people, and you must respect consent, boundaries, privacy, and applicable law.
Prohibited behavior
- Do not show, request, describe, or imply underage sexual content.
- Do not harass, threaten, shame, coerce, blackmail, stalk, or pressure anyone.
- Do not share illegal, abusive, violent, hateful, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
- Do not record, screenshot, distribute, repost, or identify another user without consent.
- Do not scam, spam, impersonate, phish, sell services, or push suspicious links.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, or abuse reporting and moderation tools.
Consent and boundaries
Consent can change at any time. Respect skips, pauses, mutes, requests to stop, and any sign that another user is uncomfortable. If a match is not right, leave the session or use skip.
Reports and moderation
JerkMesh may review reports and use moderation tools to reduce abuse. When a report is filed, the service may store report metadata, the selected reason, involved temporary user identifiers, report snapshots or chat transcript snippets when available, and related technical moderation data.
Moderation actions may include blocking rematches, rate limiting, removing access, banning identifiers, clearing unsafe content, preserving report records, or escalating severe abuse or unlawful activity when appropriate.
Reports and abuse investigation records may be retained for longer than ordinary session data when needed to operate the service, investigate patterns, enforce rules, or protect users. JerkMesh does not promise exact deletion timelines unless those timelines are implemented in the app.
Live video and IP privacy
JerkMesh is built around live browser video chat and does not present live streams as permanently stored recordings. Reports may include snapshots or transcript snippets where available, but you should still assume another user could record their own screen despite the rules.
JerkMesh does not intentionally provide public access to raw IP addresses. Technical data may be used for security, moderation, bans, and rate limits, but public pages and user-facing chat should not expose raw IPs.
No guarantee of matches
JerkMesh cannot guarantee that a live match will be available, compatible, local, or active at any particular time. Matching depends on current users, settings, moderation restrictions, and technical availability.
Third-party links and ads
JerkMesh may display third-party links, ads, or monetization scripts. Third-party services are separate from JerkMesh and may process technical, browser, device, or interaction data through their own scripts, cookies, and tracking technologies.
Changes and access
JerkMesh may update the service, these Terms, or access rules over time. Continued use means you accept the current version. If you do not agree, do not use JerkMesh.
